Villagers glitch out of beds

Im playing the latest snapshot (19w41a) and when I break crops inside a pen with villager sleeping at night, they will slide out of the bed towards me, completely horizontal and then return to their beds

When next to a water source, their hitbox can collide and they take damage upon waking.

They can also appear to "share" a bed when they are actually assigned to one nearby

Is this still an issue in 1.15.2?

It is definately a problem in 1.15.1
I will have to double check, but I believe it is still a problem in 1.15.2
