Hi.
I am playing on a 1.14.4 server with a friend. We have pets, but there are a few issues that are odd:
Pets do not teleport to us. Normally when we gain enough distance from pets, they will automatically teleport to us. We are not exactly sure why this is not happening. We have four dogs and three parrots.
For some reason, dogs cannot breed, and we are aware that parrots can’t breed. I don’t know if this is because of the server or not.

Tamed wolves are very erratic for me with 1.14.4
Sometimes they teleport, sometimes they don't. Not sure what conditions are causing them not to, but it's most noticeable in complex caves
I have the same bug, I have figured out that pets won't teleport to you when there is no clear path from them to you, if they are inside a closed pen, then they wont teleport to you, if you open a door in the pen, they can teleport to you, so they won't teleport through walls or closed doors now.
That's why it is more noticeable in complex caves.
I can confirm dogs aren't teleporting to players anymore in 1.14.
Tested both on my single player survival world and a creative test world.
On the other hand I was able to get the dogs to breed.
