Ghost Blocks

I've seen this twice now in 1.14.4. Interestingly, I haven't seen it when mining with haste II and an efficiency V pick axe. In both instances, I experienced ghost blocks when using my Efficiency V Shovel on Dirt Blocks WITHOUT haste of any kind. I logout / login and see the ghost block show up. I hope that helps.

I've been encountering the same issue.

I was digging a lot of dirt, and every minute i'd run into one, I'd then place a block, and Viola!, and new gravel block.

I was using an efficiency 5 diamond shovel.
