Skin not loading

Hello there,

I am an on and off Minecraft player who enjoys playing with his friend every once in an while.

But for some reason, I am not able to view my skin, but it is able to be seen from my friends POV which is starting to annoy me as I can't admire the skins other people have.

Below will be my point of view - Chaos_Player 

and my friends POV - MrBadBoi999

I hope this is a bug or glitch that can be sorted.
