Sorry if this bug was already reported.
I find that sometimes cats get attached to a random bed in villages. If the door is closed, they stand next to the wall closest to the bed. Otherwise, they go onto the bed. Even if I move far away, they do not teleport to me. So I have to sit them down and push them some distance away so that they are not in the 'range' of the house.
Also, when they are in the water, I think this is for dogs too, I always have to wait for them because they cannot teleport.
