[MC-157909] Water doesn't break nether portal

Water doesn't break nether portal in overworld. Don't seem to be able to place a water bucket on the obsidian of an activated portal.

This report is invalid. The expected behavior occurs just fine in 1.14.4.

Cannot Confirm/Reproduce in 20w28a.

This issue has been fixed, report should be closed.

I'm unable to reproduce this in the latest version of the game.
