[MC-158212] Mining an unlit campfire with Silk Touch and placing it again will place a lit campfire

If you put out a campfire and then picking it up with a silk touch tool and then put in back it is lit again.

How is this even a valid report??? Silk touch never preserves block states, only guarentees the block drops itself as item, not something else.

I was going to suggest that bee nests do save their block state, but I remembered that they save block data and not block state.
