Farmland getting wet with no water contact

The bug

Farmland is getting moist when near any water block at the same vertical axis even when it should not be possible.

How to reproduce

1. Place farmland in air

2. Place either water or flowing_water at least at the fourth block away from the farmland

3. Wait
