I have 3 computers that I've been able to open to any active LAN World simultaneously.
Recently, when starting a LAN World, no LAN Worlds can be found on the other computers. I haven't changed any hardware or network settings. I've tried connecting direct using my IP address without success. I've also tried connecting to the game-generated port number with the same negative results.
Reverting to a previous release also yielded no positive results.
My daughters and I can now only play on separate "worlds" which takes most of the fun away from playing the game.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know a fix for this?

Minecraft is allowed to access the home network on every computer in my house, I've ensured that Windows Firewall is disabled, but the issue still exists - it isn't resolved. Are there any other options or possibilities?
Update: I've had a Norton Anti-Virus support team member troubleshoot to see if Norton is causing this issue (since I have Norton on my computer). Norton is not the issue. I guess I'll re-open a trouble ticket.
I have noticed this problem as well. Only one of my friends has ever pulled off a LAN world with me.
Hmm. Then I'm not really sure what could cause this.

This sounds like an issue with your home network or the computers' firewalls. Please make sure that Minecraft is allowed to access the home network on every computer.
