Subtitle shows "Gears equips" when catching a fish (all 4 kinds) with a water bucket, though the catching sound and wearing gears sound are easy to tell their differences. The screenshots show one example when you catch a salmon. The detail has been marked in the second screenshot.
May that's a property❓ All subtitles listed in Minecraft Wiki don't include one like "Fish Caught", "Fish Got into Bucket"...
