Using the Minecraft Launcher I've created a number of installations running 1.12.2, 1.13, 13.2, 1.14.4 and in-betweens.
Only 1.12.2 starts and runs as expected, while any newer version of Minecraft shows a window briefly and crashes.

Maybe I was a little too quick. Your crash report is from 1.13. Can you please try launching 1.14.4 and then attach the latest hs_err_pid file (alternatively, the launcher_log.txt should also work)?
Ran the 1.14.4 jar and attached the
No hs_err_pid file was generated.
I did use the search, but didn't find that particular issue, sorry.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MC-151530.
Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements to run Minecraft.
