Minecraft doesn't go unless I close 1 of the 2 minecraft launcher that open and I can't see skins

If I start a minecraft version from 1.9 to 1.14.4 i crashes unless I close from task menager 1 of the 2 minecraft launchers.

But the game doesn't work properly: in fact I can't see skins. 

It gives me that problem when it crashes:
