Shulker boxes don't render properly in superflat layers overview

The bug

Shulker boxes don't show up correctly in the GUI that lists all the layers that the superflat world will generate with.

To reproduce

Use the following superflat preset:

minecraft:bedrock,2*minecraft:dirt,minecraft:shulker_box;minecraft:plains
