[MC-159335] Armor dropped from mobs can have negative durability

As the title says. The helmet comes from a skeleton shot by a enchanted bow in offhand. It spawned equipped with the helmet. I have ever found this one only.

After some testing, this seems to occur when the skeleton or zombie has been exposed to sunlight while wearing the helmet

Comfirmed that's the key. the skeleton was caught on fire after sunrise

This bug was inadvertently fixed during 1.16.3 Release Candidate 1, likely as a result of the fix of MC-198678. Should be marked as fixed
