The Boat often disappear automatically, that is, when they get off the Boat, the Boat will disappear, and the characters will be stuck and unable to move. They need to re-enter the game archive before they can move, and the Boat will reappear.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-101247, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
You don't need to re-enter the game to recover your boat, just leave the chunk unload, and when its reloaded boat should be visible again. And you can go out from out moving till you are out... but it will take you about 20 or 30 seconds.
But as you say, I can confirm that it happens to mee so often too.
