"plains_meeting_point_3" lacks some leaves on the tree

Please add more information as to what the issue is.

Can reproduce in 1.16.2 - see attached seed and coordiantes. The missing leaves are obvious

Can confirm in 20w49a using the coordinates and seed provided by @unknown. Here are the commands and seed so you can quickly copy and paste them so it makes this issue easier to reproduce.
