Bees will not fill up their nests, using F3 I am able to see that the level of honey isn't going up. I have tried restarting my computer, restarting the launcher, and re-downloading the snapshot

Yes, this is already reported as MC-159395 for bee hives, but OP is claiming this is happening for bee nests. I'm still awaiting a response.
