When leaving a boat, the player starts to glitch on the boat and is unable to get unstuck unless hitting the boat or log out. And sometimes the boat will disappear, again you can only obtain it again by logging out of Minecraft.

I am having the same issue with my boat vanishing every time I get out of it. Will not appear in my inventory and have to make a whole new one every time.
