Everything goes on from my story happened in a server. Hope you read this patiently.
I was going to a Trade Market, but I had to go through nether. I suddenly heard Illagers' noise. An Evoker found me and summoned Vexes. I hurriedly went though Nether Portal and then I arrived overworld. However all of 'em didn't finish yet! I got that Trade Market while I still got hurt. I thought maybe sb. was making tricks with me, but I realized it wasn't easy while I died while death message said "ZYX_2D was killed by Vex". I don't know what happened, I kept going to that market but I still killed by an "invisible" Vex! Everything ended while I re-login that server.
This happened in 1.14.3 but I have to report this issue with 1.14.4 as Affects Version. If this description descripts so long, please make it less as long as you're going to fix it.
GAH I WAS KILLED BY THAT VEX FOR 3 TIMEZ XD!

Maybe I know what's the problem… While I go to the overworld by Nether Portal, "another myself" may still in Nether, Vexes go to attack me that in Nether one so I get hurt. I'm not sure if so.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while playing on the server and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Once attached, the report will be reopened automatically.

If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
