The author of this resource pack is actually myself. I’m sorry I cannot upload original one as sth offensive is contained. I packed a new one with related Illusioner’s texture contained and I’m sure the render issue still happens without affected.
Since it’s not .zip or smwt else, the resource pack can only be used with itself unzipped and the primary folder inside is moved to \.minecraft\resourcepacks.
This issue is still able to be reproduced in 1.21.11-pre4.
It's advised that poor-formance devices is the best choice to make the issue to be reproduced.
You are supposed to report this on Minecraft Feedback. Report like this will perhaps be dealt with "Invalid."

Sounds a sort of unreasonable Trial Spawners has to be bound with that game rule. Appreciations for you all finding out what goes wrong anyway.

I noticed the tweaks for Wolves and I hope this issue can be as well solved along with that. Thanks developers.
By the way this issue as well happens on Sculk Catalyst by the time it spreads the Sculk and produces the 'groo-roo' sound. One Sculk Catalyst may contain more than one signals (controled by 'cursors' NBT) and spread to different places. If watching the subtitles, this issue is as well able to be reproduced.
I think the reason is that there's as well playing the same voice in any other places else and it's too far to hear but it yet occupies the subtitle sequence, resulting to the subtitle only shown for milliseconds.
According to my observation, this issue doesn't occur in a flat world without generating structures, meaning there's no other working Trial Spawners we cannot see. Then reproducing this, the issue won't happen.

I played the world again in 1.20.4 for several times and unfortunately I was failed to reproduce the bug again. Not very professional but I think it has sth to do with the amount of Unicode characters. Sorry!
Here’s another method available to reproduce, with simply placing a solid block above a workstation block. Villager memorials the workstation and attempts to path find it, and fails due to a solid block atop. It doesn’t give up, keep attempting path find it, and fails, and is stuck into an infinite trail-n-error.
With game is sprinting, a trail-m-error Villager occupies enormous of resource (186 TPS, seen in screenshot, comparing with normal stage, 275 TPS)
Reporter suggests that this may explain that some Villagers fail to path find a workstation in certain Village structures. This issue has been existed perhaps ever since Village and Pillage update. Reporter hopes that related issues could be posted here as well in the form of “is related to.”
