Incorrect Render Position to the Bottom Part of Illusioner's Hat

Summary

Original Illusioner in MC Java has no bottom hat texture, which can be tweaked with resource packs. However, with sth is paint at the position of the hat bottom, it is easy to discover that the bottom part is rendered in lower position 'an expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Paint sth at hat bottom position.

2. Pack the image to resource pack. (…\#resourcePackName\assets\minecraft\textures\entity\illager\illusioner.png)

3. Read the resource pack.

4. To discover that hat bottom is rendered lower.
