How many of these remain unused as of the latest 1.21 snapshot? I recall plenty of changelogs staying that unused rooms were implemented and repurposed.
1.21 yields the following results for the listed structures:
the 2 corridor addons
minecraft:trial_chambers/corridor/addon/wallandminecraft:trial_chambers/corridor/addon/reward_upperpersist to exist and be unused.the chamber addons have experienced great changes per the existing structure files:
most of the structures are not found by their names in 1.21, perhaps having been removed, merged, moved, etc.. Further investigation is perhaps needed.
minecraft:trial_chambers/chamber/addon/walkway_with_bridge_1persists to exist and be unused, and a SAVE state strutcture block can be found in it.
Might need to update the bug report.
Checking in 1.21.4:

Other structures no longer exist.
Confirmed. Also, per MC-266973, walkway_with_bridge_1 has a save structure block in the structure.
