When I launch Minecraft it opens to the main screen as normal but the frame rate drops a lot and the mouse cursor starts to flicker when I move it making it hard to tell where it is. I can still click on the UI buttons but when i do the screen will go black for half a second and still take me to the options menu or world select. my second monitor will start to glitch out and flicker no matter if something is pulled up on it or not where as before I could have something open and play Minecraft at the same time. I tried to unplug one of my monitors but that did not help the issue.

Does this issue also happen in 1.14.4 or did it start to happen in the snapshots? What's your graphics card and operating system? Also, could you film a short video of this issue happening, for a better understanding of what happens?
Yes this also happens in 1.14.4, I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card and an intel core i7 Processor
