MInecraft 1.12.2 keep Game crashing with all my 29 mods and when that happens it logs me out and takes me to the minecraft launcher and thats all please help dont know what to do???

Your mods are incompatible. Try removing them one by one until the game works again.

This is a bug tracker for the vanilla game. You are running both an unsupported version and an unsupported client. You should ask for advice on a forum.

Aside from all the above, have you tried 1.14.4? Maybe the mods aren't compatible with old unsupported versions of MC.
