Skin Loading

Another bug after struggling to load the game (see MC-160121), once I get into a server/world, I can't see anyone's or my own minecraft skin. This isn't too much of an issue, but it can be a little annoying after spending hours trying to fix my game. Again, this happens on all versions, not just 1.14.4
