Minecraft Summon Command / Custom Name NBT Tag

I using summon item and an item nbt tag but I can't summon the item
Command : /summon item ~ ~ ~ {item:{id:"minecraft:coal"}}

I trying to summon a bat and I'm adding Custom name nbt tag but its not working its says "Entity can't be called"

Command : /summon minecraft:bat 2.64 10.00 133.79 {CustomName:"asd"}
