Basically when loading this resourcepack on a server it gives the following error about the filesize:

Also tried various other hosts for the pack such as Dropbox, Google Drive & Standard Apache Web Hosting with all the same error and problem.
As I've come to understand this is a issue with Minecraft actually having a limit on resource pack file size limits so can it be increased?
