Unable to enchant a fishing rod using an enchantment table, even all requirements are matched: Sufficient levels, lapis, item to enchant is not enchanted.
When hovering mouse above enchantment choices, no hints (eg: luck of the sea I...) were shown, when clicking, enchantment does not work at all, failing to enchant the rod.
After that, I tried enchanting a newly crafted fishing rod, but resulted in issues mentioned in paragraph 2.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
