Glass blocks or panes don't get rendered behind glass item

What I expected to happen was...:
the glass block or pane i placed gets rendered

What actually happened was...:

the glass block or pane i placed does'nt get rendered

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a glass block or pane in any color
2. Drop a glass block or pane in any color in front of it
