(Hard/Hardcore) Hostile Zombie Pigman spawns overworld Zombies in the Nether

When Zombie Pigman are attacked in the Nether, they will spawn overworld Zombies for backup on Hard and Hardcore difficulty identically to the way Zombies spawn backup. If this is intentional behavior, it should be altered to spawn Zombie Pigman instead.
