I was playing like normal and then suddenly random surfaces appear that has Minecraft's all textures on it and then the surfaces turn blue, the computer froze, and game crashed. It didn't even give me a crash report...

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
