[MC-160538] Hello, I found a bug (I think) in 19w36a java wherein a player dies in lava, respawns, and is still burning without fire damage.

Involves player(s) dying in lava, still burning after respawning.

Environment

Window OS, HP Laptop, JAVA 1.14 snapshot 19w36a
