I was AFK fishing while I was at school. When I came home from school my mending villager disappeared. I have no idea why. I can easily rule out the possibility of a zombie attacking the villager because it was in a small, enclosed room with a wooden door as its only entry point. This was on a Realms world with Normal difficulty. Villagers aren't supposed to despawn anyway so I find this odd. Any ideas as to why the villager despawned?
