The audio seems very weird only after I used the /tp command. My speakers were buzzing, the audio was overpowered and I cannot control the volume in Minecraft. I had to use my PC control volume to tune it down but that brings down the sound effects(which I really like).

It might also be an issue with your sound card or graphics card. It's not possible to diagnose this through the internet, and that's not what this platform is meant for anyway.
