[MC-160870] Ender pearls don't play teleport sounds when teleportting

Chorus fruits will play teleport sounds when teleportting, but do not works on ender pearls.

1.Thrown an ender pearl

(x)The teleport sounds not playing.

2.Eat a Chorus fruit

(/)The teleport sounds playing.

This isnt invalid... This is a parity issue... Bedrock edition it plays, and infact, at one point enderpearls DID make a noise, but they dont anymore

But on Hypixel ender pearl has sounds too.
