[MC-1609] Furnace minecart destroyed in Creative doesn't drop a furnace minecart but the separate items.

If you destroy a furnace minecart in Creative mode, it will still drop a minecart and a furnace instead of a furnace minecart. I thought the separating on destroying the minecart was only intended for Survival mode.

Why should it drop anything anyways? You don't get drops from blocks, you shouldn't get drops from entities.

As far as I remember, the game always behaved like that.

Furnace minecarts and chest minecarts drops two items, not the combined cart. IMO is better this way, at least you can get your chest / furnace / regular cart back.

Yes, I agree, but monsters still drop items in Creative mode as well, so I think Mojang wants to keep entities dropping in Creative mode.

You don't have to get your chest/furnace/regular cart back in Creative mode.
