Bugged Chests and Item Frames textures

Chests, trapped chests and Ender Chests have dark spots on top, Chests and Trapped Chests have black bottoms, and Item Frames are dark.

I tried to brake and place them again, but didn't work, so I checked on a creative world.

First saw on a converted world from older snapshot, but the creative world was generated on 19w38b.
