[MC-161562] Chest Texture Messed up

When using the "Programmer Art" resource pack, the inside of chests is on the top, and the top is on the inside. Attached is a screenshot of the incident.

@Kent Ringger , that's an issue with my display or resolution, and persists throughout all Minecraft versions. This is not a bug.
