Ambient Music Plays About Every Hour in Survival Instead of the Appropriate Times

Minecraft in survival does not play the ambient music normally in survival mode on easy difficulty in 1.14.4. On easy difficulty the ambient music plays around once an hour instead of when it is supposed to, for example when it is the end of the day, or when it is the middle of the day. I have not tried it in creative mode. I have not tried this on normal or hardcore mode. On peaceful difficulty the ambient music also plays only every hour instead of when it normally should play and does not play at the correct times as previously mentioned.  The sound effects of the game always work in survival mode on peaceful mode and on easy mode. I have also tried re-installing Minecraft 3 times and this did not fix the issue.
