[MC-161885] Many transparent things do not render behind slimes

MC-9553 was mainly fixed, but its duplicates MC-93070, MC-110000 and MC-159390 still apply. As asked for in 9553, I'm creating a new report for it: Item frames, item entities, specially rendered or transparent blocks don't render behind slime mobs (not slime blocks). I have not tested all entities.

To reproduce:

/execute align xyz run tp @s ~ ~ ~
/summon slime ~4.5 ~ ~ {NoAI:1,Size:10}
/setblock ~2 ~ ~3 chest

Yes. I don't know why it said "entities" in the description, according to my screenshot, general mobs were never affected, so I removed that. In 20w22a paintings are no longer affected, but item frames still are, as well as now also items (which worked properly before). I've also added a better check for glass to my screenshot.
(Also, I think I can edit tags, in the "edit" menu (top left button), is that intended?

Can confirm in 20w49a. Here's some commands you can use to easily reproduce this issue:
Stand and the same block and run:

/summon minecraft:slime ~10 ~ ~ {NoAI:1,Size:10}
/setblock ~8 ~ ~3 minecraft:chest

Once you've done this, you can clearly see that the chest can't been seen when looking through the slime.
