[MC-161958] The resource reloading screen does no longer fade in

The bug

Prior to 19w39a, the resource reloading screen ("Mojang" logo) used to fade in after the loading of the resources is finished. This is no longer the case. It does still fade out though.

This appears to have been fixed at some point. Tested in 1.17-rc1.
