The problem with all 3 of these blocks are, when they are thrown or viewed in 3rd person in a players hand, water, slime blocks, ice, frosted ice, and all forms of stained glass will not render.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-161896, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
