wrong glass texture

there seems to be an issue with my glass texture, I have the old texture instead of the new one and i have zero clue why.

I think you have the old textures selected in the resource pack selector.

Yes, you have enabled the "Programmer Art" resource pack, which resets all textures to how they were prior to 1.14.
