[MC-163127] Graphic issues with Heads, Night Vission, & Signs in Inventory.

While using the 19w41a snapshot I realized the following issues were accuring:

1.) Zombie heads had no texture

2.) Signs, Cakes, etc... had black background

3.) Night Vision turned inventory blue and the homepage blue as well. (If this is new please add toggle for it).

4.) Brightness in inventory seemed off

Heads, signs, cake etc: Duplicate of MC-163001.

Haven't seen the issue with the potion and brightness yet, I just quickly go over recent bugposts which are dupes of the black background texture bugpost, but a mod will know for sure, as soon as they see this bugpost 🙂
