Entity riding boat inside of a minecart.

When you place down an empty minecart with a boat next to the rails, push minecart into boat and the boat should start riding the minecart. You can oust an entity in or get in yourself and depending on the orientation of the boat you will either go faster, slow down, or just straight up throw it in reverse
