[MC-163409] Some village house roofs don't generate with corner stairs

The roofs of some village houses are using full blocks in the corners of the roofs instead of stairs.

Affected houses in plains:
plains_medium_house_1.nbt*
plains_small_house_8.nbt* (barely noticable)
plains_temple_3.nbt

* = also affects the zombie variant.

Not all houses are affected by this. I will try to make a list of affected houses.

plains_medium_house_1 needs all corner stairs because otherwise the design would break, but I think the other two look fine.
