zombie head texture missing on mob just shows as a black cube.
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected there to be the normal head texture
What actually happened was...:
The head appeared as black
Steps to Reproduce:
1. spawn a zombie
2. look at head

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-163008, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
