Whenever I have a really powerful pickaxe that breaks blocks basically instantly and I start using it (Especially in the nether), My player starts glitching and I can't move my head, or move the player. It appears to me that I keep falling and I cannot move and end up getting stuck in one place without the ability to my head or moving the player.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-156852, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.
If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
