[MC-163613] the smoke from fireplace is layered beneth the water

What I expected to happen was...:

that the smoke was the first layer

What actually happened was...:
the waterlayer was first so the smoke was blue

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... Place Down a Campfire
3. ... look at the smoke and the water

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-9553, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game.

If you haven't already, you might like to make use of the search feature in the future to see if the issue has already been reported.
