Entire milk bucket removed from inventory

When drinking milk, switching to another milk bucket removes the previous milk bucket. The entire bucket.

IMO this is covered in MC-159462, which is fixed in 19w35a. I can't reproduce this in 19w41a and confirm MC-161207 again when testing this bug.
